Customer Service Policy
Slip-Less Services Pty Ltd and its affiliates are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-4 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund (whichever may apply).
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes occur due to increases or changes from suppliers and/or manufacturers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price and price match wherever possible.
Cancellation of Orders
All cancellation of orders must be in writing via email. All orders are considered current unless cancelled in writing by the purchaser. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. A cancellation fee surcharge of 12.5% plus freightage and delivery costs applies in this instance.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
If for any reason Slip-Less Services Pty Ltd at any time supplies an incorrect product due to processing, warehouse or office errors, we will replace the product with the correct goods ordered. Replacement will only be made once the incorrect goods are returned. Contact must be made via email or contacting the office or your sales representative on 02 9584 8200 within 48 hours of receiving the goods. All freight costs in this instance will be covered by Slip-Less Services Pty Ltd.
Methods of Payment
Slip-Less Services Pty Ltd accept payments via EFT (electronic funds transfer), Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard), Cash, Cheque or PAYPAL. Credit Card payments may incur a surcharge. Funds from Cheque payments must be cleared prior to delivery being made, unless prior arrangements and authority given by Total Washroom System.
Security precautions are taken to protect your personal information through encrypted methods of transmitted payments and any personal sensitive information is stored securely or destroyed after the completion of the transaction.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using our own drivers as well as various carriers for outside of Sydney Metro areas. Fixed Shipping Fees apply and will be added to the amount on checkout. A fee of $25.00 + gst for the wet umbrella wrappers applied and a Fixed fee of $18.00 + gst applied for any shipment for the umbrella bags. All goods ordered are dispatched within 1-2 business days with ETA on delivery varying between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Australia as well as carriers used.
